We’re working hard at creating the best environment possible for our colleagues.
Some of the things we have in place include: ongoing internal training, and twice annual omnibus sessions. Others measures take a little more time, and are in progress, like profit-sharing, ownership options and B Corp Certification.
Our colleagues are involved in a variety of local, regional and national volunteer and community initiatives. From coaching soccer to board membership, we contribute wherever we can - over 1,000 hours per year!
We’re CanBIM Level 1 Certified, with at least one certified colleague in each of the CanBIM Professional Certification Levels.
