68th Street Logistics Park

This project is led by Panattoni Canada and Manulife Investment Management, with Buildings 1 and 2 providing over 750,000 SF of Class A distribution warehouse / light industrial facilities in Calgary’s growing southeast industrial marketplace. The buildings are designed to optimize dock door spacing and racking layouts while providing flexibility for a variety of tenant requirements. The project is slated to achieve LEED certification by incorporating a number of sustainable features. Occupancy is scheduled to be achieved in late 2023.
